约翰•鲍威尔博士是一位资深的制度经济学家，从事自然资源管理、环境管理、农村发展和公共事物治理领域研究二十余年。他曾在环境问题上做过广泛的经济学研究，包括水资源、林业和高山植被等，在城市废水的生命周期与经济分析、环境审计及政策评估等方面积累了丰富的研究经验。 Dr. John Powell is an institutional economist with over twenty years’ experience in managing research projects in the natural resources, environment, rural development, and commons arenas. He has conducted economic studies of a range of environmental issues including water, forestry and upland vegetation, and have experience related to life-cycle and economic analysis of municipal waste streams, environmental auditing and policy evaluation. |
