主讲人简介：
    罗思高（Scott Rozelle），斯坦福大学海伦•法恩斯沃斯（Helen Farnsworth）特聘教授和高级研究员、弗里曼•斯伯格里国际问题研究中心（Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies）教授。研究方向为贫困经济学，尤其聚焦于教育和健康经济学。他还是斯坦福大学“农村教育行动计划”（ Rural Education Action Project）的联合主任，8所中国大学的客座教授，中国政府表彰外国专家的最高荣誉“友谊奖”（the Friendship Award）获得者。

    Scott Rozelle holds the Helen Farnsworth Endowed Professorship at Stanford University and is Senior Fellow and Professor in the Freeman Spogli Institute (FSI) for International Studies. Dr. Rozelle's research focuses on the economics of poverty—with an emphasis on the economics of education and health. Dr. Rozelle is the co-director of the Rural Education Action Project (REAP) and is an adjunct professor in 8 Chinese universities. In 2008, Dr. Rozelle was awarded the Friendship Award—the highest honor that can be endowed on a foreign citizen—by Premier Wen Jiabao.
